Your dining experience is a big part of the Arctic Lodges fishing adventure. With our world class culinary team, we offer some of the best cuisine you will ever experience. Instead of forcing our guests to eat pre-selected meals like most other lodges, we give our guests a menu of gourmet dishes to choose from, made with carefully selected fresh ingredients. With our guests concerns in mind, we ensure that your dietary restrictions and allergies are noted.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the dining room, with the option of a full continental breakfast spread with freshly cut fruit, daily baked pastries, yogurt, juices, specialty teas and freshly brewed coffee. Hot breakfast is served with eggs made your style, bacon, sausage or ham, specialty home fries, pancakes, and roasted tomatoes. Your breakfast is customizable and done your way!

ARCTIC SHORE LUNCH

You do not want to miss out on an Arctic Lodges shore lunch. Your freshly caught fish will be prepared lakeside over an open flame by your professional guide, while you rest your tired arms from an action packed morning of fishing. Our guides take pride in showing off their outdoor culinary skills with fish so fresh, it tastes like candy. If you're not a fan of fish, don't worry! Our chefs will be happy to prepare some sandwiches for you to take out on the lake.

DINNER - THE FINEST NORTHERN CUISINE

You will not want to fill up on shore lunch too much, as our chef’s gourmet meals are world class. Our culinary team are unlike any talented group you will ever meet, with a passion for serving home cooked meals and an added touch of finesse. For each dinner you will presented with 3 course dinner menu, prepared daily by our Executive Chef.

GRAND FINALE DINNER SERVICE

On your final evening with us, we end your stay with a spectacular "bang!" A five course dinner service crafted by our talented Executive Chef. The menu showcases the finest ingredients. The grand finale dinner service is more than just a meal; it's a heart-felt send-off that reflects our gratitude for choosing Arctic Lodges as your fishing destination.
