We understand that time is precious, and lengthy travel can be a burden. That's why we offer the convenience of our own private, well-maintained airstrip, capable of accommodating even a Dash 7 aircraft. With our direct private charter, you’ll arrive at our remote fishing lodge without the hassle of multiple plane changes or water travel. In just under 2 hours from Saskatoon International Airport (YXE), you could be fishing by 10:30 a.m. or even earlier.

Guest Capacity and Corporate Retreats: Each trip date can accommodate up to 16 guests for mixed groups. For larger groups or corporate retreats, we offer exclusive bookings on a case-by-case basis for up to 24 guests.
Value and Inclusions: Remember to consider the value of our inclusions when comparing prices with other lodges. There is much value in our direct flight charter and 4 full days of guided fishing.

- Prices do not include taxes, liquor, gratuities, fishing licenses, overnight in Saskatoon, rod/reel/tackle and store purchases.
- Rod and reel rentals available for $25/day.
- A non-refundable deposit of $1500 per person is required for reservations.
- Final payment is due March 1st.
- There is an additional charge for singles.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa and personal/business checks.
- Packages and lodge purchases are in USD funds.

If you must cancel your trip:
- Cancellations after March 1st will result in forfeiture of all payments made to that time.
- Prior to March 1st, we will honor a one-time roll over to the following year if you need to change your plans - this does not apply to groups of 10 or more.
- Reservations are transferrable and can be sold to another party. If you are unable to find a replacement, Arctic Lodges can assist in reselling your spots. If successful, we will refund your paid funds, minus a $250 cancellation fee.
- It is very important to secure trip cancellation/interruption insurance for your Arctic Lodges trip package.
- Arctic Lodges cannot be responsible for flight delays, missed flights, weather delays, illness, injury, death, or any other unforeseen circumstances which prevents you from fulfilling your trip or for any time lost.
