We’ve made it simple—just get yourself to Saskatoon International Airport (YXE), spend the night, and board our private charter. No rental cars, no floatplanes, and no long boat rides. In just under two hours, you’ll be on Reindeer Lake casting your first line by 10:30 a.m.

• Modern lakeside cabin with private covered deck

• King or twin beds available

• Propane heating (no fire-starting required)

• Private bathroom with large walk-in shower

• Nespresso machine for mornings on the porch

• Suspension seat pedestal in your boat

• Access to lakeside wood-fire hot tub

• A non-refundable deposit of $2000 per person is required at time of booking.
• Final payment is due March 1st. (year of your trip date).

If you must cancel your trip:

• Cancellations after March 1st will result in forfeiture of all payments made to that time.
• Prior to March 1st, we will honor a one-time roll over to the following year if you need to change your plans – this does not apply to groups of 10 or more.
• Reservations are transferrable and can be sold to another party. If you are unable to find a replacement, Arctic Lodges can assist in reselling your spots. If successful, we will refund your paid funds, minus a $500 cancellation fee.
• It is very important to secure trip cancellation/interruption insurance for your Arctic Lodges trip package.
• Arctic Lodges cannot be responsible for flight delays, missed flights, weather delays, illness, injury, death, or any other unforeseen circumstances which prevents you from fulfilling your trip or for any time lost.
